Do This to Fix Your Content Engagement on LinkedIn

Here’s one of the biggest mistakes founders make that kills their content efforts:

They don't spend enough time engaging with it.

LinkedIn's algorithm rewards you for spending more time on the platform.

This means:

Your activity on the platform dictates the distribution of your content to a great extent.

Take Finn’s and my content as an example.

Finn spends much more time on LinkedIn, engaging with his and other people's content, than me.

Therefore, his content has a higher reach and engagement rate than mine.

The takeaway here is:

Don't just post on LinkedIn and hope for something to happen.

Put in the time to:
- reply to comments on your posts
- engage with other people’s posts

Engagement with your audience is key to your content strategy.
