Recording Tip: Have Someone Record Videos With You
Don’t record videos by yourself.
Here’s why:
When you are recording alone, you don’t have any feedback to work with.
You need to record it with someone who can tell when you’re:
- rambling.
- not clear/concise/engaging enough.
- being a bore.
At Project 33, when Finn or I record content with our clients, we always keep asking ourselves:
“Am I losing track?”
“Am I confused?”
“Am I getting bored?”
Because if we feel that way, their audience will likely feel that way too.
Active feedback is key to producing videos that perform well.
