What We Need from Customers: Time Commitment & Expectations
Once we start working together, here’s what we need from you to be able to do our job well:
𝟏. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥:
We schedule our recording calls every 2 weeks for 1 hour. You need to show up on time and prioritize this twice-monthly recording session, they always happen on the same day and the same time (we define this day and time together during the onboarding).
𝟐. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
We send you the questions for each recording session 1-2 days in advance. Depending on your personality, you might want to prep your answers and write down some notes or bullet points.
We highly discourage writing a full script because it makes the video look robotic and inauthentic and takes you a lot of time.
As the questions are related to your field of expertise, just gathering your thoughts or writing down some pointers 15 min before the call is often enough.
Besides, we are there with you on the call to coach you on how to deliver it effectively.
𝟑. 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Before we publish any content, you need to watch the videos and read the copy and let us know if we need to make any changes.
This roughly takes customers 1 hour every 2 weeks. (you need to review 4-6 videos and 4-6 copies every 2 weeks).
You can also ask a trusted team member to review it for you.
𝟒. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞:
You need to answer any comments or messages that you might get on the content we post for you on LinkedIn. It’s important because that’s where the opportunities happen. It takes roughly 1 hour/week.
𝟓. 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬:
We publish the videos we create for you in 4 places:
- Your personal LinkedIn profile
- Linkedin company page
- Company Youtube channel
- A twice-monthly newsletter
We also create a content library for you where all these assets are stored so that you and your team can leverage it in other places:
- embedding them on your website
- posting on other channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- running LinkedIn ads on best performing videos
- using them in your prospecting & follow-up emails
To get the most out of our offer, we recommend having some internal resources to execute at least on some of these channels. The highest impact channel is embedding them on your website.
